Hyundai

The Hyundai Motor Company is a South Korean car manufacturer known better as the Hyundai-Kia Automotive Group. Its headquarters is located in Seoul. Before the company started developing its own cars, it began in 1967 with its first model that was licensed as a Ford Cortina. Only in 1975 was it presented as the Hyundai Pony. Shortly thereafter, the company started the production of light trucks, heavy trucks and buses. In the mid-80's, Hyundai expanded to Canada, Central America and the United States. The model ranges have been extended in accordance with the progress. In the early 90's, Hyundai began to gain a foothold in Europe with models that were first offered at very reasonable prices with generous equipment.

The German car market opened up Hyundai in 1991. In that very same year, the company saw the Hyundai Motor GmbH explode in sales. In 1998, the company also gained the South Korean company Kia Motors. From 2001 to 2004, it saw collaboration efforts spark with Daimler-Chrysler as well. A year later, it founded Hyundai, Daimler-Chrysler and Mitsubishi, the joint venture called Global Engine Manufacturing Alliance (GEMA), which draws up the engines for the brands involved. Today, the Hyundai Motor Company of Korea is the seventh largest factory in the world.

Has Your Hyundai Auto Warranty Expired or is it About to Expire?

Hyundai said in a press statement earlier in 2012 that manufacturers are pulling out all the stops to lure people to buy their brand of cars. Well it seems that Hyundai is doing the same thing. The company is offering a new car buyer a 5 year / 60,000 mile Wear Item Limited Warranty and optional coverage can be bought after that as well. Hyundai is one of the few car manufacturers that really give you your money’s worth. They have something called the “Triple Guarantee” which is a 5 year unlimited mileage warranty with 5 years of servicing and you get 5 springtime checks for free.

The company gives you a two year guarantee on their parts as well as a 12 year guarantee on rust-proofing. As far as the Powertrain Limited Warranty goes, you have a massive 10 year / 100,000 mile protection to work with. They also have one of the best Seat Belt Lifetime Warranty plans available as well. If for any reason your seat belt fails, just take it to a dealership and they will repair it or replace it for free.

Why Extend Your Hyundai Auto Warranty?

What happens when Hyundai’s Wear Item Limited Warranty ends? In most cases, large car repair bills. Though it may take years before your Hyndai needs a major repair, the fact is that most cars these days will require a trip to the shop at least once after the manufacturer’s warranty expires. The cost of repairs continues to rise as cars become more and more technically complex. While there are few, realistic ways to eliminate car repairs, there are a few ways to lower your cost when the manufacturer’s car warranty expires.

A vehicle protection contract (formerly called an extended auto warranty) helps reduce future repair costs by extended warranty coverage after the expiration date. Protection contracts only take place after the original manufacturer’s car warranty expires, and often it will augment any powertrain warranty that Hyundai continues to provide. Many protection contracts will cover the same components that Hyundai’s bumper-to-bumper warranty did, and in some cases, contracts such as wrap vehicle protection contracts maywill cover other critical components, such as air conditioning and electrical.

By purchasing a vehicle protection contract when you buy your car, you will have the peace of mind that, come the future, your repair costs will stay low. At Vehicle Protection Headquarters, we aim to give you that peace of mind by providing quality coverage at an affordable price. Not only does our coverage allow you to get your Hyundai repaired almost anywhere in the U.S., but it also often pays for itself after the first major repair.
